Timetable
Dates : from 5 to 7 July 2017, preceded by a day devoted to ‘AFEP and its PhD students’ on Tuesday 4 July.

Dates for submitting proposals (directly on this website) :
- Abstracts of proposals for academic papers (two pages maximum) to be submitted by 10 March 2017 (new date).
- Open or closed panels : one or more organisers may propose a programme whose theme (which may or may not fit with the main conference theme) and organisation will be their responsibility. Proposals for panels are to be submitted by 20 January 2017. For open panels, a separate call for papers will then be issued, with abstracts (two pages maximum) to be submitted by 10 March 2017.
- In all cases, notification of acceptance of papers will be sent to authors at the beginning of April.
- In all cases, completed papers are to be submitted by 1 June 2017 and will be posted on the conference website unless the authors request otherwise.
1. Fee including the Gala diner:
- FAPE membrers : 200 euros
- Non-FAPE members: 240 euros
2. Fee for students/secondary school teachers/retired/unemployed persons including the Gala diner :
- FAPE members : 100 euros
- Non-FAPE members: 120 euros
All of these prices include coffee breaks and lunches for all the congress and the Gala Dinner (Thursday, July 6 evening) which will take place at the Terrasse of Thabor in Rennes (see below for more information).

3. Fee without the Gala diner:
- FAPE membrers : 150 euros
- Non-FAPE members: 190 euros
4. Fee for students/secondary school teachers/retired/unemployed persons without the Gala diner :
- FAPE members : 50 euros
- Non-FAPE members: 70 euros
All students can receive accommodation at the residence of Villejean during the conference for a fee of 20 euros per night. Payment and booking are made during registration. Please indicate by e-mail to the organization the nights concerned (congres.afep2017@gmail.com).
Conference venue and access
The conference will be held at the Villejean campus of the Université Rennes 2, amphitheatre L3 for plenary sessions and adjacent rooms for parallel workshops (building L). To upload a map of the campus, click here.
Due to extensive renovations, the subway station "Gares" will be closed upon your arrival. Alternative solutions have been put in place:
- Take the bus C1, C2 or 11 to the metro station "Charles de Gaulle"
- Walking to the station "Charles de Gaulle" (less than 10 minutes at medium pace)
To get to the congress, you just have to get off at the "Villjean Université" station. There is currently only one metro line, so the risk of error is minimal.
Subway : Station Villejean-Université.
Bus : Number 4 (Station "Université" or "Villejean-Université"). Other bus stop at the University.

Gala Dinner
The gala dinner will take place on Thursday, July 6 at 8 pm at the "Terrasse" of Thabor in Rennes, located in the Thabor park.

To get there from the Villejean campus, two solutions:
- Metro "a" until the Station Saint-Anne. It is a 15 minutes walk from the Station.
- Metro "a" until the Station Republique, then take the bus C3 until the Station "Thabor". It is a 6 minutes walk from the Station "Thabor".
